I have not as yet missed a mortgage payment and though I can see the ground coming up fast, hope to avoid disaster one way or another. If worse comes to worse, the simple techniques outlined in David X’s report, along with the forms he sends, should keep me warm and dry for quite a few years - hopefully long enough for the economy…and me to recover enough to get back on track. I am no longer afraid of losing my home!
